Join BVU for a seminar encompassing both performance evaluations of the chief executive with the board and performance evaluations by the chief executive with staff. Major focus will be given to establishing annual expectations, supporting accomplishments, acknowledging strengths, and addressing areas for attention. Various formats will be discussed with the board’s evaluation with the chief executive and the staff evaluations by staff.
This seminar will help board members and senior staff decrease the anguish of the evaluation process and transform it into a productive process for all concerned.
